RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we guarantee that you will be! If you are not satisfied with your purchase exchange is available if the following conditions are met :
- All items must be in their original packaging with product tags/design intact
- All items must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition
- All items must be returned with the original receipt
Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable
VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES
All exchanges need to be raised within 7 days of the delivery date. All exchanges need to be returned within 14 days.
Please include your original invoice together with the items in its original condition and packaging.
For exchange instructions please email us via the "contact us" tab on our website. We will give you step by step instructions.
Online Store Credit Vouchers will be issued and must be used in a singular transaction. Any excess amount not utilised, will not be refunded.
Online Store Credit Vouchers given will be at the buying price of the product as stated in the original invoice. No refunds will be given for delivery charges incurred in the original, returned and onward shipping charges of exchanged items.
Please note that all exchanges are subjected to stock availability and whilst we endeavour to ship replacement items back to you, we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of items of a similar value.
Change of mind is excluded from our guarantee. Our guarantee only applies to the quality of the product. Exchanges for change of mind will not be granted. Should the returned item be inspected and deemed not defected in quality the exchange may be disqualified.
OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
All items that are exchanged, can only be made once.
We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from an exchange if conditions mentioned are not met.
Our exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.
Refunds are not available.
